At VERVET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is always a stress-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
